But here’s the best part: this feature is only available for admins. That means you’re still in total control of your contract templates, ensuring your team can’t make any unwanted changes.

When you create a template, you can lock down the entire contract except for the fields you want your team to edit—like names, dates, or pricing. Your team gets the flexibility they need without the risk of accidentally changing the important stuff.

2. Make One-Time Edits for Special Cases

Need to tweak a clause or add custom terms for a special client? Now you can edit individual contracts on the fly without starting over. The rest of the template stays intact, and you save precious time.
