Two New Features to Make Templates Easier

Today, we’re rolling out two new features that make your workflow faster and more intuitive:

1. "Choose One Option" Variables

We've had the "Choose One Option" signer field for a while now - allowing signers to select one option from a list of pre-set choices. However, until now, senders couldn’t set up a "Choose One Option" template variable.

With this update, senders can:

• Set Predefined Options - Instead of open text fields, senders can create structured options for contract fields.

• Ensure Consistency & Control - Admins can restrict choices to only approved options, like limiting payment plans to Basic, Pro, or Premium.

• Prefill Signer Fields - Senders can prefill answers to speed up the signing process.

How It Helps

• Faster contract creation - Senders just select an option instead of typing.

• Better accuracy & compliance - Admins control what senders can input.

• Quicker signing experience - Prefilled choices reduce signer effort.

2. Add Image Button: Drop in Images with One Click

Adding images to contracts has always been possible, but until now, you had to copy and paste them in manually. We’ve made this process way smoother by adding a new Image Button in the UI.

Now, simply click the button, select your image, and drop it directly into the document - no more copy-paste workarounds.

We’re also working on image formatting and resizing tools so you can adjust images directly inside Roger. For now, images will appear at their original size, so if you need adjustments, resize them before uploading. Yeah, we know that's not great so stay tuned - resizing inside Roger is coming soon!
